Daraz 11.11 Seller Checklist: Pricing, Stock and Listings for 2026

SellersNest·

Pakistani ecommerce workspace with campaign dashboard, verified stock and packed customer orders

Daraz sellers preparing for 11.11 in 2026 should lock three things before joining a campaign: the lowest price that still leaves profit, the quantity they can actually fulfil, and a clean listing that answers the buyer’s main questions without exaggeration. Start with unit economics, reserve stock for the campaign, fix weak titles and images, and test the full pack-to-handover workflow before traffic rises.

Do not copy last year’s discount, fee or deadline into this year’s plan. Daraz’s campaign mechanics, seller contributions, commission, vouchers and eligibility can vary by market, category, account and campaign. As of 6 October 2026, an accessible public first-party 2026 seller calendar and complete campaign terms were not available, so this checklist deliberately avoids inventing dates or rates. Confirm every final requirement in your Daraz Seller Center campaign page and Daraz University account before enrolling.

The 11.11 seller checklist at a glance

  1. Open the current 11.11 campaign invitation and record its enrolment, stock and pricing deadlines.
  2. Calculate a minimum profitable campaign price for every SKU.
  3. Choose hero products instead of discounting the whole catalogue.
  4. Reserve sellable stock and packaging for the campaign.
  5. Correct titles, attributes, descriptions and images.
  6. Test vouchers, bundles and free-shipping contributions together.
  7. Set a realistic daily order-processing capacity.
  8. Prepare picking, packing and customer-service responses.
  9. Monitor cancellations, returns, advertising and contribution margin during the event.
  10. Run a post-campaign profit and inventory review.

Daraz has historically described 11.11 as its biggest sale of the year. Its 12 November 2023 newsroom release reported that 8.6 million consumers participated across South Asia in the first 24 hours, connecting with more than 230,000 brands and SME sellers. That older result does not predict a particular shop’s 2026 sales, but it explains why capacity and margin checks matter before a high-traffic event.

Start with the campaign page, not an old screenshot

Create a one-page campaign brief from the information visible in your account. Record:

  • enrolment opening and closing times;
  • campaign start and end times;
  • eligible products and categories;
  • minimum discount or campaign-price rules;
  • seller-funded voucher or shipping contributions;
  • stock-commitment requirements;
  • fulfilment or handover expectations;
  • any penalties, removal rules or performance conditions;
  • when campaign pricing may be edited again.

Save the date and time you checked the terms. If the invitation changes, compare the new version before accepting. Advice from a social post, group chat or previous campaign is not a substitute for the terms attached to your own seller account.

Calculate your minimum profitable 11.11 price

Build the campaign price from cost upward rather than cutting the current price by a round percentage. For each SKU, include:

  • product or manufacturing cost;
  • inbound freight and duties;
  • packaging and labelling;
  • current marketplace commission and payment-related charges;
  • seller-funded voucher, discount or shipping contribution;
  • expected advertising cost per order;
  • expected return, cancellation and damage cost;
  • the minimum profit you require.

A practical planning formula is:

Minimum campaign price = (fixed order costs + required profit) ÷ (1 − percentage-based cost rate)

Suppose an item has PKR 1,250 in product, inbound and packaging costs. You want PKR 250 profit after a combined percentage-based cost rate of 15% for the specific offer you are evaluating:

(PKR 1,250 + PKR 250) ÷ 0.85 = PKR 1,764.71

Your campaign price needs to be about PKR 1,765 before any additional fixed charge or unmodelled subsidy. This is an example, not a Daraz fee quote. Replace every input with the current figures shown in your account.

Check the result with the Profit Margin Calculator, then test proposed markdowns using the Discount & Sale Price Calculator.

Choose campaign products with a four-part test

A good 11.11 product is not simply a bestseller. It should pass four tests:

  1. Demand: the product already receives useful views, wish-list activity, cart adds or orders.
  2. Margin: the campaign price remains profitable after all stackable contributions.
  3. Availability: enough sellable units and inputs exist to support the commitment.
  4. Fulfilment: the item can be picked, checked and packed at peak volume.

A fragile item with strong demand but a slow inspection process may be a poor hero SKU. A steady product with reliable supply, low damage risk and clear variations may perform better operationally. Start with a controlled group of products; do not enrol the entire catalogue just to increase exposure.

Reserve stock instead of trusting the total on hand

Available stock is not the same as campaign stock. Remove damaged units, samples, open-box products, pending offline orders and quantities already committed elsewhere. Then reserve a specific number for Daraz.

Use this simple calculation:

Sellable campaign stock = verified units on hand − other-channel commitments − safety reserve

If you hold 120 units, have 20 committed to wholesale orders and keep 15 as a safety reserve, only 85 units are available for the campaign. Entering 120 risks cancellations even before normal stock discrepancies appear.

For products that can still be replenished, use the Inventory Reorder Point Calculator. Include supplier lead time, receiving, quality checks and labelling—not just the courier journey.

Clean your catalogue before traffic increases

Campaign traffic magnifies both strong and weak listing data. Audit every enrolled SKU for:

  • the correct category and complete attributes;
  • a title that identifies the product, key specification, size or model;
  • the correct brand and variation mapping;
  • accurate stock by colour, size or pack quantity;
  • a description that explains contents, dimensions, materials, compatibility and care;
  • clear warranty or authenticity information when applicable;
  • images that match the variation the buyer selects.

Use the Listing Title & Tag Optimizer to find repetition and missing buyer language. Draft clearer supporting copy with the Product Description Generator, but verify specifications manually before publishing. The human-checked AI listing workflow provides a reusable review sequence.

Use clean, specific product images

Your main image should make the product immediately identifiable on a small mobile screen. Show the actual item clearly, avoid unreadable promotional clutter and keep accessories from implying that extra products are included. Secondary images can show:

  • front, back and side views;
  • scale or dimensions;
  • what is included in the box;
  • variation differences;
  • material or texture details;
  • compatible models;
  • safe, accurate use cases.

Resize oversized files consistently with the Product Image Resizer. For a broader platform-by-platform reference, see product image sizes for marketplaces. Always recheck Daraz’s current upload requirements because marketplace specifications can change.

Test the complete discount stack

The displayed campaign price may be only one layer of the offer. A buyer could also receive a seller voucher, platform voucher, bundle benefit, bank offer, coins or shipping support depending on the account and event. Do not assume every layer is funded by Daraz.

For each enrolled SKU, build a table with:

  • regular selling price;
  • campaign price;
  • seller-funded voucher amount;
  • shipping contribution;
  • advertising cost per converted order;
  • estimated fees;
  • net revenue;
  • contribution profit and margin.

Test the lowest realistic net-revenue case, not only the attractive price shown on the product card. If the margin is negative, reduce the stack, choose a different SKU or decline the campaign placement.

Set a fulfilment ceiling before accepting stock

Calculate how many orders the team can safely dispatch each day:

Daily order capacity = available packing minutes ÷ average minutes per order

If two packers provide 840 productive minutes per day and an average order takes seven minutes to pick, verify and pack, the theoretical capacity is 120 orders. Reduce that number for breaks, replenishment, errors, bulky items and carrier handover. A practical commitment might be 90–100 orders rather than 120.

Run a timed test with real products. Include printing, locating stock, variation verification, packing, sealing and movement to the handover area. If the campaign could exceed capacity, reduce committed inventory or add a trained shift before the event.

Prepare the packing station and exception queue

Pre-build an organised station for each major product group. Keep verified packaging, labels, tape, protective fill and checking tools within reach. Use a visible exception area for:

  • missing or damaged stock;
  • unclear variation data;
  • address or order issues;
  • products requiring a second quality check;
  • orders waiting for a buyer response.

Do not allow exceptions to disappear into the normal packing queue. Assign one person to resolve them before handover cutoffs. For broader deadline planning, use the holiday shipping cutoff formula.

Monitor profit and service during 11.11

Check performance at least twice daily during a high-volume campaign. A practical dashboard includes:

  • orders and units by SKU;
  • remaining verified stock;
  • advertising spend and sales;
  • net revenue and contribution margin;
  • cancellations by reason;
  • late or pending orders;
  • return and complaint signals;
  • listing questions that reveal missing information.

Pause or reduce exposure when stock accuracy, fulfilment or margin falls outside the limit you set. Revenue can rise while profit and service quality deteriorate, so do not use gross sales as the only success measure.

Run a post-campaign review within 72 hours

After the event, compare forecast and actual results:

  • Which SKUs sold through without cancellations?
  • Which discount combinations produced positive contribution profit?
  • Which listings generated repeated questions or returns?
  • Where did packing time exceed the estimate?
  • Which advertising placements added profitable orders?
  • How much stock remains, and what is its next action?

Record the findings while the workflow is still fresh. Keep the campaign brief, profitability model and SKU results for the next promotion—but refresh every fee, deadline and eligibility rule instead of copying them blindly.

Frequently asked questions

When is the Daraz 11.11 sale in 2026?

The event name points to 11 November, but the full campaign window, enrolment deadline and country-specific schedule must be confirmed in the current Daraz Seller Center. As of 6 October 2026, this article could not verify a complete public first-party 2026 seller calendar.

What discount should a Daraz seller offer for 11.11?

Use the smallest eligible discount that still produces the intended demand and a positive contribution margin. There is no universal safe percentage because product costs, category fees, vouchers, shipping support and advertising differ.

Should every product join the campaign?

No. Prioritise products with verified demand, enough margin, dependable stock and fast fulfilment. Exclude items with uncertain supply, high damage risk, unclear variations or negative profit after the full offer stack.

How much campaign stock should I commit?

Commit only verified sellable stock after other-channel orders and a safety reserve are removed. Your final number should also fit the daily volume your team can pack and hand over reliably.

Can AI write Daraz titles and descriptions?

AI can accelerate drafts, but a person should verify model numbers, sizes, materials, compatibility, pack contents, warranty language and prohibited claims. Never publish generated specifications without checking them against the product.

How should 11.11 performance be measured?

Track contribution profit, cancellation rate, fulfilment status, returns, advertising efficiency and remaining inventory alongside gross sales. A high revenue total is not a successful campaign if fees, discounts or service failures erase the margin.

Final preparation rule

Use Daraz’s current campaign page as the source of truth and this checklist as the operating plan. Price from real costs, commit only verified stock, improve the listings buyers will actually see, and keep the offer within your fulfilment ceiling. A smaller profitable campaign with accurate orders is more valuable than a large sales spike followed by cancellations, losses and unsellable stock.
