Where do I find my exact final value fee discount?
It varies by category and tier, from a small number of percentage points up to considerably more on some categories, so check eBay's current fee page for your category and put that figure in the discount field rather than assuming one number fits every listing.
What counts as a "free-allowance listing"?
Any fixed-price or auction listing that would have cost an insertion fee without your Store subscription's monthly allowance. Relisting an unsold item usually uses another free listing from the same allowance.
